BRAZILIAN SPECIALTIES AND TYPICAL LOCAL DISHES IN SAN VENDEMIANO
Have you ever heard of “Picanha, costela de boi, maminha, cupim, lombinho, coracão de frango, linguica…”?
They’re some of the best known cuts of “Churrasco”, a typical Brazilian way of cooking that has its origins at the time of colonization of America.
The “Rodizio”, a word that indicates the turn of meat, is placed on skewers where the various cuts of meat are threaded seperately and then roasted on embers, close enough to exploit the heat and absorb the essences, but still far enough from the grill. In Addition to this, the cuts of meat are cooked seperately so that it won’t absorb the taste of the others expressing it’s own in the best way.
Cut at will directly to the table from the skewers, it goes beautifully with the white rice, “arroz blanco” and the classic “feijolada” or with some of the many salads and other dishes available in the buffet
The restaurant “Tucano”, adjacent to the Hotel and reachable directly from the Hall floor, in the person of Josè, “churraschero” and restaurant manager, is able to make you taste one of the best “Churrasco” that you have ever eaten for a very special price.
Do not miss the cinnamon pineapple!!!
